Plymouth Yarn Online Scavenger Hunt Terms & Conditions
1. No purchase required
To enter, complete the form online from the Plymouth Yarn Company located here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dHVnb0Z5RlAyZmluNlRtRms3OEpqclE6MA. Entries must include your name, complete address and zip code, phone number with area code, and email address. Entries may be submitted by mail by sending completed entry form by first class mail, postage affixed, to: Plymouth Yarn Online Scavenger Hunt, 500 Lafayette Street, Bristol, PA 19007; or by fax by sending completed entry form to: 215-788-2269. Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than December 8, 2009 and received by December 15, 2009. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen or postage due mail or entries. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. Winning
Entries must be correct and complete. Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by email. The random drawing is final and binding in all matters relating to the contest. By entering, participants agree to these official rules.
3. Prizes
One prize will be awarded to 25 winning participants: A complete and knitted shrug resembling Plymouth Yarn Pattern N045. The prize will be mailed to the mailing address of each winner provided in the entry. Approximate retail value $300. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of the sponsor; in which the sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to offer a different garment or prize of equal value. All taxes and any other expenses not specified above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Eligibility
Contest is open to residents of the United States or District of Columbia, and are 18 years of age or older by November 24, 2009. Employees and sales representatives of Plymouth Yarn Company, Inc. and any members of the immediate family (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
5. General Conditions
By accepting the prize, winners release and discharge, and agree to hold harmless the Plymouth Yarn Company, Inc., their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents from any and all liability or damage due in whole or part from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in this contest. Contest void where prohibited. Prize may not be transferred or substituted for a prize of equal or lesser value. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. By accepting prize, winner agrees, where lawful, that the Plymouth Yarn Company may use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, voice and statements attributed to winner for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.
